The role offers a W-2 arrangement with earnings from a 55% commission on net service fees plus 100% of client tips. Typical shifts require Saturday availability, with 15–25 hours per week and pay between $30.00 and $49.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Massage Therapy license
• Current professional liability insurance
• Skilled in Swedish, therapeutic, and deep‑tissue massage, as well as hot‑stone therapy and cupping
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable maintaining client confidentiality
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills
• Saturday availability

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy based on each client’s needs
• Perform Swedish, therapeutic, and deep‑tissue massage
• Provide hot‑stone therapy and cupping when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records
• Follow sanitation, safety, and professional standards
• Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room
• Provide excellent client care from beginning to end
• Encourage appropriate rebooking and ongoing wellness care
• Work cooperatively with the Your Zensation team
