Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Therapeutic Manager for Pompano YouthAcademy in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on administering and developing case plans and prescriptive treatment programs tailored to each student, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Qualified candidates hold an MA/MS in social work, psychology, or counseling, and have prior case management experience with juveniles. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401k match after one year.

Qualifications

• Must possess MA/MS in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited school.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Prior Case Management experience required including three years experience with juveniles.
• Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred)

Responsibilities

• Administrate, develop and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs for students.
• Serve as primary service provider for individual, group, family and case management services.
• Report to the Clinical Director and assist supervision of the group living staff.
