Epworth Children's Home in Florence, SC seeks a clinical supervisor to oversee the Therapeutic Foster Care Program and ensure services meet contracts, laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role supports Epworth's mission by providing a safe, nurturing living environment for youth and families.

Requires a Bachelor's in social work or license-eligible field; Master's degree preferred. Strong understanding of child and family treatment and fidelity to evidence-based practice is essential,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work or license-eligible field required.
• Master's degree in social work or license-eligible field preferred.
• Understanding of children, adolescent and family treatment with fidelity to evidence-based practice.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret professional materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence and manuals; present information clearly.
• LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees clinical aspects of the Therapeutic Foster Care Program and ensures services meet contracts, laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Facilitates therapeutic services consistent with Epworth's mission, ensuring a safe, nurturing living experience for clients.
