Job summary

Epworth Children & Family Services in Rock Hill, SC seeks a knowledgeable supervisor to oversee the clinical aspects of the Therapeutic Foster Care Program and ensure services comply with contracts, laws, regulations and internal policies. The role requires a Bachelor's in social work and strong communication skills, with a Master's preferred.

Candidates should have an understanding of child and family treatment and demonstrate the ability to deliver evidence-based practice with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in social work or license-eligible field required.
• Master's in social work or license-eligible field preferred.
• Understanding of children, adolescent and family treatment and evidence-based practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interpret complex guidelines.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.
• LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP or LMFT preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.
• Must pass background checks and align with United Methodist Church faith.
