Prime Healthcare Services' Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Full-time Diet Aide to support clinical nutrition services. Under the direction of the dietitian, you will help approve therapeutic menu selections and ensure accuracy and proper temperatures of patient trays, providing essential care in a busy hospital setting.

Applicants should have an AA degree in Food Science or Nutrition (preferred), and healthcare experience with modified diets is a plus.

Qualificações

• AA degree in Food Science or Nutrition preferred.
• One year healthcare experience with modified diets preferred.
• County-specific requirements apply.
• County-specific Food Handlers certification required on hire and maintained current.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
