Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certification required.
• Fluent English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipes, menus, and policies.
• Serve and portion food per recipes, planned menus, and policies.
• Follow patient diet orders when serving food to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment per regulations.
• Record temperatures and logs as required.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and verifying invoices.
