SolutionHealth is hiring a Nutrition Assistant to implement patient diet orders accurately and improve meal service satisfaction. You will collaborate with Clinical Dietitians and food service staff to meet dietary needs and ensure therapeutic accuracy.

Responsibilities include handling room service calls, using room service software, assisting patients with dining, and coordinating care with dietitians. A High School Diploma is required; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Implement patient diet orders accurately and enhance patient satisfaction with meal service.
• Answer room service telephone calls and use room service software efficiently.
• Identify patients needing assistance and support adherence to diet orders.
• Monitor for drug-nutrient interactions and food allergies as needed.
• Communicate with Dietitians and food service staff regarding patient care needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to achieve high patient satisfaction.
