SolutionHealth is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to implement patient diet orders accurately and enhance meal service satisfaction. You will collaborate with Clinical Dietitians and food service staff to fulfill dietary needs.

Key duties include handling room service requests, ensuring therapeutic accuracy, and assisting patients with meals within diet constraints, while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Ability to understand diverse patient needs.
• Willingness to learn resources for therapeutic diet accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Implement therapeutically correct meal items for patients.
• Answer room service telephone calls and use room service software accurately.
• Identify patients needing assistance and help them meet dietary needs within diet orders.
• Monitor for drug-nutrient interactions and food allergies, including insulin-related considerations.
• Communicate with Dietitians, food service staff and other departments regarding patient care needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to achieve high patient satisfaction.
