Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) seeks a full-time After School Program Supervisor for our Holyoke program. The supervisor will manage the program, ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, and promote healthy socialization among clients.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, 3+ years with youth with behavioral issues, 2+ years supervisory experience, CORI/DCF/driving checks, and a valid driver's license. Schedule is weekdays with some evenings and local travel.

The After School Program Supervisor will be responsible for the overall functioning of the program, ensuring that the clients are provided with a safe, therapeutic environment in which healthy socialization is promoted.
