Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth and Families, Inc. (NCYF) is seeking a full-time After School Program Supervisor for our Holyoke, MA program. The supervisor ensures a safe, therapeutic environment and oversees staff, service delivery, and adherence to NCYF policies.

Responsibilities include intake oversight, treatment plan approvals, and crisis intervention as needed. The role requires a Bachelors degree in human services, 3+ years of youth experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, CORI/DCF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services/social services is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the after-school program operations and staffing.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment promoting healthy socialization.
• Develop, monitor, and supervise staff and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NCYF policies and contracting sources.
• Facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries.
• Oversee client intakes and provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
