Job summary

RUSH-HENRIETTA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT seeks a paraeducator to support students with behavioral and emotional needs across Crane, Winslow, and Vollmer Elementary Schools. You will assist in crises and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

You will apply de-escalation techniques, reinforce positive behavior, and work with staff as part of the crisis response team to ensure timely student support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus one year of experience with children or 30 college credit hours.
• Must complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training.

Responsibilities
