Brighter, Stronger Foundation in Baltimore, MD seeks a part-time Therapeutic Behavioral Support Counselor to provide individual or group treatment for youth ages 4–21 using customized plans, implement various programs, and collect data on target behaviors under supervision.

The role offers a flexible schedule across telehealth, in-home, and office settings, with collaboration to support clients and families while upholding BSF Core Values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with ≤2 points.
• Willing to drive a 15-passenger van.
• Satisfactory CJIS background check.
• High School diploma required; AA in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Desire for continued learning opportunities and willingness to embrace instruction.
• Must present a professional demeanor in accordance with BSF Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or group treatment for youth ages 4 to 21 using individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral, life skills, social skills, communication, self-help, and play skills programs.
• Work under the direct supervision of a Master’s level supervisor.
• Collect data on target behaviors and review with supervisors regularly.
