Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment goals, track progress, and document data.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least six months of healthcare-related experience; willingness to obtain RBT certification. This is a part-time role with benefits available for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and protect patient confidentiality
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Coordinate work efforts with staff
• Other duties as assigned
