Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services affiliate SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time behavioral therapy assistant for in-home and community settings. You will deliver 1:1 treatment under BCBA supervision, track progress, and report outcomes.

The role runs four days per week from 3:00 to 7:00 PM with plans to offer health insurance benefits to qualifying part-time employees. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Six months of prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team and management.
• Communicate regularly with team and management to coordinate efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
