Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Group in Levittown, PA is seeking an Entry Level Behavioral Health Technician to support clients and sustain a therapeutic milieu. You will document care and collaborate with the clinical team to implement interventions during the shift.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2+ years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness to work the 3:30pm–11:30pm schedule on Fri–Mon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• 1 year supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine appropriate interventions.
• Engages clients in milieu and group activities throughout the day.
• Prompts clients to complete ADLs and maintains hygiene checks.
• Conducts client drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Provides supervision at meals and supports therapeutic environment.
