Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Group is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Health Technician to support clients in Warminster, PA. You will work with the clinical team to implement interventions, supervise daily activities, and assist with ADLs in a therapeutic setting.

Requires a high school diploma and 1+ year experience with mental health clients; CPR/First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain within 30 days. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu and activities throughout the workday.
• Assists with ADLs and maintains room hygiene.
• Conducts client drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Provides supervision during meals and maintains a therapeutic environment.
• Documents services, incident reports, and shift notes promptly.
