Job summary

The Children’s Guild DC Public Charter School in Washington, DC is seeking a compassionate Classroom Aide to support students with autism and other special needs, ensuring they receive individualized attention to thrive.

This full‑time role collaborates with teachers and therapists, assists with IEP goals, crisis intervention, and progress documentation, and joins a mission‑driven team dedicated to transforming young lives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
