Job summary

The Children’s Guild in Baltimore, MD is seeking a compassionate Classroom Aide to support students with autism and other special needs in the classroom. You will provide one-on-one attention and help students meet individualized education goals.

This full-time role offers a daytime Mon-Fri schedule, competitive hourly pay of $18–$20, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Engage in family outreach and school-based activities.
• Participate in professional development and training.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Document student progress and behavioral observations.
