Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth and Families Inc. in Holyoke, MA seeks a full-time After School Program Supervisor for the Holyoke program.

The role oversees staff, ensures a safe therapeutic environment, and ensures program compliance with NCYF policies and contracts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in human services/social services, has 3+ years working with youth with emotional/behavioral difficulties, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services/social services is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the after school program and provide a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop, monitor and supervise staff and service delivery while ensuring NCYF policies and contracted sources are followed.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries and oversee complete client intakes.
• Provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Position includes weekdays with some evening hours and frequent local travel.
