Job summary

High Point Fort Mill is seeking a Lifetstyles Activities Assistant to plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic recreational programs for residents in accordance with company, state and local standards.

This role collaborates with the Director to schedule activities, coordinate transportation, prepare monthly activity calendars, maintain records, assist with newsletters and volunteer coordination, and support residents with empathy and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write, communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work with the elderly with patience and compassion.
• Creative, organized, and motivated with public speaking comfort.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
• Coordinate with Director and other staff to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in coordinating transportation and accompany residents on outings.
