Paycom - ATS in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking an Activity Assistant to provide therapeutic activities that support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will gather data, update assessments, and tailor activities to each resident's interests and abilities, following the care plan and facility policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year experience in long term geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Experience providing activities to individuals is preferred.
• Must read, interpret and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers data from residents to complete activity assessments and plans of care.
• Carries out individual and group activities matching residents' interests and abilities.
• Assists Activity Director with preparation for inspections and with scheduling calendars.
• Maintains safe, clean, homelike activity spaces and reports hazards.
