Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers data from residents to update activity assessments and plans.
• Carries out individual and group activities aligned with residents' interests.
• Adapts activities to match cognitive and physical abilities of residents.
• Assists Activity Director with calendars and inspections.
• Maintains safe, homelike activity spaces and reports hazards.
