Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston seeks a Manager of Clinical Protocol Administration within the Nuclear Medicine Department to lead operational and regulatory aspects of theranostics and radiopharmaceutical research.

You will oversee trial activation, study readiness, and cross-functional coordination with imaging, safety, and clinical teams, while advancing the program and ensuring compliance with IRB, safety rules, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare, Nursing or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• 6 years of extensive research admin experience in biotech/academic setting; 2 years supervisory/management.
• Experience with research protocols, grants and contracts; LEADing programs may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational feasibility reviews for radiopharmaceutical and theranostics research protocols.
• Direct trial activation planning and study readiness activities.
• Coordinate study startup requirements across participating teams.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and governance for research programs.
