Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors and a Theming Coordinator to join our team in Orlando. You will help manage confidential files, input large data sets, and assist with inventory and correspondence while maintaining a professional standard with guests and vendors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to participate in leadership meetings and support themed-park operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, process and control confidential files and records.
  • Input large amounts of data.
  • Assist with material inventory process.
  • Communicate professionally with Ambassadors, Vendors and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and vehicles.
  • Attend leadership meetings and record notes.
  • Monitor duty line and assist with Ambassador correspondence.
  • Upkeep documentation for Theming related orders, builds, installs and strikes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Monitor Entertainment duty phone line and assist with Ambassador correspondence
  • Upkeep documentation for Theming related orders, builds, installs and strikes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for entire shift
  • Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
