Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to support in-park entertainment, concerts, parades, and special events. You will help deliver seasonal experiences, assist with private events, and work with Operations leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and memorable guest interactions.

Must be 18+, a strong team player, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include free park admission, discounts, and exclusive employee events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support execution of all in-park entertainment offerings as part of Operations.

• Provide clear information about event details, locations, and offerings.

What You Get To Do

• Support the execution of all in-park entertainment offerings, including concerts, parades, and special events, as part of the Operations team
• Play a vital role in delivering seasonal consumer events (festivals, holiday celebrations, and limited-time offerings), ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality guest experience
• Assist with park buyouts and exclusive private events, helping deliver a seamless and elevated experience for clients and guests
• Work closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure events run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to guests regarding event details, locations, and park offerings
• Help manage event flow, including crowd control, access points, and seating areas to maintain safety and efficiency
• Maintain strong awareness of event timelines and operational needs to support successful execution
• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across all event and guest-facing areas
• Represent the park with professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to quality in every interaction
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support overall park and event success

What It Takes To Succeed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong team player

• Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to pass all necessary training
• Ability to remain calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Ability to climb on ladders, stadium steps, and uneven surfaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. on a cart with assistance
• Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
• Comfortable working around water and animals
• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
• Scheduling flexibility
• Valid state driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual skills highly desirable
