Job summary

COTALAND Steward at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX maintains a clean, safe kitchen environment within a fast-paced theme park setting. You will wash dishes, sanitize spaces, and help keep back-of-house areas organized to support culinary teams during events.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The role requires 18+ and a Texas food handler certification; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team contributor.
• Follow health and safety regulations and park policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manual ware washing safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including kitchens, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage.
• Remove trash and recycling to maintain a safe work environment.
