Job summary

COTALAND at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX is hiring a Steward/Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage operations. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and enable our culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced theme park setting.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available; established duties include dishwashing, sanitation, and assisting in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Texas food handler certification required.
• Previous kitchen, stewarding, or sanitation experience is preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
• Work in varied indoor/outdoor environments and loud events.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and manual ware washing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of all back-of-house areas including kitchens, prep areas, walk-ins, storage rooms, floors, walls, and drains.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost throughout shifts to maintain a safe work environment.
