Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a construction environment on rigging or related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Comfortable working at heights using aerial lifts and scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project drawings and develop OSHA-compliant installation methods.
• Lead as installer onsite and supervise crew members.
• Complete daily reports and enforce compliance with safety laws.
• Serve as primary client contact for installation-related matters.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support various projects.
