Job summary

Wenger Corporation seeks a Project Manager for our San Antonio office to lead complex projects from start to finish.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Technical Theatre or PM, 4+ years in related fields, and 3 years PM experience in construction or manufacturing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is essential, with a strong understanding of theatre lighting design and networking. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre, PM or equivalent (4+ years).
  • 3 years PM experience in commercial construction, manufacturing, or machinery installation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Theatre Lighting System Design and Networking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects including budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, production staff, contractors, and customers.
  • Manage drawing submissions, release packing lists, and production schedules.
