AMC Global Media is seeking an Analyst, Partner Ops to join the Media Operations & Engineering team in New York, NY. This role focuses on launching and managing AVOD, FAST, EST, TVOD, and Content Sales workflows, ensuring assets, timelines, and partner specs are met.

The ideal candidate has a background in media operations, digital distribution, or related content roles, strong cross-functional collaboration, and excellent organizational skills. Flexible work-from-home option one day per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or media or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in media operations, digital distribution, or streaming roles.
• Understanding of digital video workflows and content supply chain.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, Programming, Operations).
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with content tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; follow established processes.

Aufgaben

• Execute AVOD, FAST, EST, TVOD launches and BAU workflows per requirements.
• Support CTS transition-related workflows and new delivery processes.
• Manage content discovery, asset tracking, delivery workflows with pipelines.
• Deliver programming to partners per contracts and timelines.
• Coordinate with PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, Awards, Programming, Ops teams.
• Fulfill requests for clips, reels, screeners, and promotional assets.
• Support onsite and offsite screenings and events; provide live support.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions; maintain SOPs.
