Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate; Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash, cards, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Assist guests as box office, concession, or usher to ensure a safe, friendly theatre.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with dress code and safety policies.
