Fordham University’s Theatre Program at Lincoln Center seeks a Manager of Business and Recruitment to oversee the budget, accounting, and recruitment processes with exceptional administrative skill and financial acumen.

Reporting to the Chair and program directors, the role advances equity, accessibility, and inclusion in theatre education, coordinates auditions for roughly six hundred prospective students each year, and supports collaboration with HR, Accounts Payable, and the Dean’s office.

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of administrative experience.
