You will coordinate schedules, manage student production teams, secure rights and contracts, collaborate on marketing, outreach, and campus partnerships, and ensure timely, professional operations.

Qualifications

• Post high school training, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in theatre production management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Artistic Director, faculty, and staff with production implementation for theatre program.
• Provides administrative support for theatre faculty, staff, and designers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manages student production teams, calendars, and scheduling, with follow-ups from production meetings.
• Coordinates rights, guest artists, and vendor contracts in collaboration with the Artistic Director.
• Tracks audience engagement and supports outreach, partnerships with schools and arts organizations.
• Supports marketing collaborations and university department coordination to raise program visibility.
