Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in theatre/production management.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible theatrical management or related experience.
• Understand the end-to-end theatrical production process from design through strike.
• Experience providing leadership coverage during rehearsals, performances, or events.
• Ability to make timely decisions and escalate issues when needed.
• Experience coordinating multiple production disciplines and scheduling priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support the Director of Production and Senior Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing productions.
• Maintain knowledge of schedules, budgets, staffing, and technical requirements.
• Track production needs, deadlines, and budget impact; identify risks and mitigation.
• Provide production management coverage during rehearsals, tech rehearsals, previews, and performances.
• Document decisions and communicate changes for continuity between coverage periods.
• Coordinate communication among production staff and creative teams.
• Participate in and support meetings for design, season planning, and technical aspects.
• Develop and maintain calendars, schedules, and production paperwork.
