Job summary

Regal Cinemas in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the theatre and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering guest satisfaction.

You’ll train and coach staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, and oversee safety, standards, and financials while supporting promotions and theatre presentation. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance and guest experience.
• Performing all staff positions required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and alcohol service where applicable.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and support promotions and theatre presentation.
• Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, and cost control.
• Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and AV systems, and building standards.
• Market and promote feature film engagements and schedule show times.
