Job summary

Regal is seeking a Theatre Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and enforce policies in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will supervise operations, operate projection/AV equipment, and support marketing campaigns for feature engagements.

The role requires training staff, maintaining safety standards, and managing receipts and costs. A high school diploma and some supervisory or theatre experience are expected, along with basic computer skills and ROM/alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.

• Controlling costs and direct operating expenses.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment in the theatre, including ROM training.
• Ensure maintenance and operational standards are met.
• Monitor risk management for safety and loss prevention.
• Oversee theatre maintenance and supervise staff.
• Deposit and reconcile daily receipts.
