Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Theatre Maintenance team member to support Ridgmar Mall in Fort Worth. You will repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property, often during non-operating hours to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining seats, walls, fixtures, and restrooms, coordinating with the General Manager, and liaising with vendors when major repairs are needed. A safety-minded, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property (tiles, floors, fixtures, walls, etc.).
• Keeps tools and supplies safely maintained and organized.
• Monitors and cleans repair areas and storage spaces.
• Inspects theatre to ensure cleanliness and good working order for opening the next day.
• Coordinates with General Manager on items to be repaired/maintained.
• Uses PPE and follows safety protocols during tasks.
