Job summary

Glenbard North High School seeks a Theatre Honor Society Sponsor to supervise all activities and elections for the club under the guidance of the APSS. The sponsor will approve candidates, train officers, and coordinate with the APSS to ensure smooth operations throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise student organizations and elections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for club offices; disqualify those with disciplinary records.
• Train officers and members in their roles and club operations.
• Submit constitutions when organized to the APSS.
• Approve announcements, meetings, activities, flyers, and apparel.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fund-raisers.
• Inventory equipment and supplies annually.
• Complete forms and reports as directed by the Handbook.
• Consult with APSS for smooth function of the club.
• Represent club at Activity Night and Booster Award Night as needed.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Follow guidelines in the Handbook and Policies.
• Coordinate access to Skyward with APSS/Activity Director.
