Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, pricing, promotions, etc., and will answer guest questions to ensure a heroic guest experience.

Role flexibility may include Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important; multiple benefits are offered to team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification or health card where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and general theatre information; answers guest questions.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
