Job summary

Regal is seeking part-time, on-site team members for various theatre roles including Box Office, Concession and Usher. Responsibilities include cash handling, guest service, and safety duties across multiple theatre stations.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Box Office duties: Operating POS system, handling cash/credit/gift cards, travelers’ checks and coupons; up selling Premium Viewing Experience; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure tickets sold per MPAA rating and policy; respond to guest questions.
• Concession duties: Operating POS, handling cash and stock inventory; promote Regal Crown Club; operate and clean concession equipment; comply with local, state and federal food safety laws; follow breaks rules; ensure alcohol certification if applicable; complete training materials.
• Usher duties: tearing tickets; collect and deposit stubs; direct patrons; inspect belongings; manage crowd control; enforce MPAA ratings; conduct in-theatre inspections for safety and quality; report issues; perform in-auditorium concession sales; clean auditoriums and restrooms; monitor vending equipment; assist with opening/closing duties.
