Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, promotions, etc.

The Team Member ensures the highest quality in everything served and may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, and providing theatre information while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training or local/state required certification.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written) with diverse guests.
• Works well in a team and also independently.
• Takes and follows directions with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the theatre POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and general theatre details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, restrooms and auditoriums.
