Job summary

B&B Theatres in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Theatre Staff member to support concessions, box office and guest services, with evening and weekend availability. You will greet guests, handle transactions, and help ensure a positive movie-going experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support.
• Stay current on new releases and upcoming movies.
• Communicate and coordinate as a team with fellow colleagues.
• Complete other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.
• Work behind registers managing transactions of guests on ticket sales or redemption of vouchers.
• Sell concession items to guests and be knowledgeable of theatre offerings and prices.
• Obtain a Health Department Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days if required by state/local law.
• Prepare and handle food in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstation, concession, and box office areas.
• Maintain clean auditoriums, restrooms and all areas as directed by management.
• Perform other duties to support theatre operations.
