Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests and are knowledgeable about movies, events, and promotions. This role may involve serving as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs, while maintaining high guest service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, providing information, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Must be 16+, flexible hours, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent Guest service and communication with guests of all ages.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to seating.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to guest questions in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
