Job summary

Regal Cinemas Downtown Seattle is seeking part-time seasonal Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Roles include operating POS, promoting loyalty programs, enforcing MPAA ratings, and maintaining theatre cleanliness and safety.

The position requires 18+ and availability for seasonal/variable hours; on-site location in Seattle, WA. Perks include free movie passes and discounted concessions, plus eligibility for a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Public speaking ability and clear communication with guests, coworkers and management.
• Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and handle cash, cards, and tickets with accuracy.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety in assigned area and assist guests as needed.
• Support concessions and usher duties as required.
