Qualifications

• Interest in a career in theatre administration, production, or artistic leadership, and a demonstrated commitment to the arts.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York State for the duration of the fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across three productions, learning how departments adapt budgets, schedules, company support, marketing, and outreach to each show’s needs.
• Supervised administrative support, participation in meetings, audience and community engagement, and work on an agreed final project.
• Assignments will reflect the production calendar and the fellow’s interests, with mentorship, regular check-ins, and increasing responsibility.
