The Department of Drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts invites applications for an Assistant Professor Faculty Fellow to begin in September 2027. This is a one-year teaching and postdoctoral position with a course load of four courses

Qualifications

• PhD completed no earlier than 2022 and in hand by appointment.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence across undergraduate courses.
• Interest in digital theatre, emerging technologies, AI, or technology–performance interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Teach four courses per year (1 introductory, writing‑intensive course and 3 advanced undergraduate courses).
• Serve on department committees.
