ATG Entertainment is seeking a Theatre Coordinator for the Walter Kerr Theatre in Midtown Manhattan. This full-time, in-person role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with the Deputy General Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Box Office, Stage Door, and venue staff to deliver hospitality-focused operations for Broadway productions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or commensurate admin experience, strong Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office skills, and excellent

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote the Walter Kerr’s culture of hospitality.
• Assist onboarding of new staff.
• Assist with scheduling of departments/staff.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, events and projects.
• Handle signage needs and office/theatre supplies.
• Process invoices and manage Lost & Found inquiries.
• Maintain the theatre’s presence on social media.
• Coordinate community engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed on Broadway industry.
