Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-house operations for the theatre.
• Manages box office cash handling.
• Handles patron inquiries and complaints.
• Liaison for department and external rentals.
• Ensures compliance with facility usage.
• Assists visitors, faculty, and staff as needed.
• Prepares estimates for rentals.
• Processes rental contracts.
• Provides relevant information as needed.
• Updates database and files paperwork.
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
