Lone Star College is seeking a Part‑Time Coordinator I to support the Communications, Outreach, and Engagement (CORE) division. You will help coordinate daily operations, assist with financials, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication. Key duties include tracking budgets and contracts, providing event support, and delivering general promotional tasks.

Formación

• Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate daily operations of the CORE division and maintain records; assist the Business Manager with CORE financials.
• Maintain knowledge base and act as point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and track department purchasing, requisitions, and contracts.
