Job summary

The role requires significant travel, including international markets, and a strong focus on strategy, yield initiatives, and operational effectiveness within a 12-month, full-time framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of admission, academic counseling, or related experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Proven customer service and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to inclusive community and anti-racist practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment for Theater and Music applicants; plan travel and outreach across domestic and international markets.
• Develop outreach plans to engage students in Theater and Music.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert admitted students to enrolled students.
• Guide prospective students and families through the admission and enrollment process.
• Coordinate CRM records and communicate with families via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with Theater and Music leadership to support evaluation and recruitment.
